Culling is the process of removing animals from a group based on specific criteria. This is done in order to either reinforce certain desirable characteristics or to remove certain undesirable characteristics from the group. For livestock and wildlife, the process of culling usually implies the killing of animals with undesirable characteristics. You put these in the context of Pfizer being reported by whistleblower of falsifying data and not reporting adverse effects, then a grim picture is painted indeed.
And add this to the fact that Pfizer has been known to falsify data, mislead victims, even perpetuate criminal activities, then you should think carefully about taking their vaccine or future drugs

The BMJ is doing what the other journals should have been doing, reporting and going through the actual data.
So far, because only Pfizer has gone through the "full approval" process through the FDA, approval for children's shots, and approval for the booster shots, they have to reveal their data.

What are they suffering from?
Doctors and nurses say the severity of illness ranges widely and includes abdominal pain, respiratory problems, blood clots, heart conditions and suicide attempts, among other conditions.
Maybe it is coincidence that Ausralia is facing the same problems as shown here.
I would guess that this will be prevalent in more and more reports soon. On twitter there are already growing number of reports too
