Mind Control through Vaccines

 

Warning from 1995 by Dr. Pierre Gilbert on the possibility of controlling people through injections 

 

The speaker in this video is Tal Zaks PhD, MD. He is the Chief Medical Officer of the pharma company Moderna Inc.

The first half of the video is a 2017 TED Talk presentation about how medical science is now capable of ‘hacking’ DNA.

The second half of the video takes place at the Pentagon where he made a proposal in 2005 regarding the use of spliced RNA - distributed via a virus - to change the minds of potential enemies (i.e. terrorists).
